📌Important Notes for Video Call Event
The video call will be conducted via the Pocketdols App. Please make sure to install the Pocketdols App in advance.
On the day of the event, you must be logged in with the purchased account on the Pocketdols App to connect to the video call.
For smooth operation on the event day, please check the video call order and wait in the real-time chat room.
How to use video call [View Details]
The video call will proceed for the purchased duration, and will automatically end once the designated time has passed.
The video call order cannot be changed due to personal reasons, so please check the schedule before participating.
If you use abusive language, insults, or inappropriate behavior during the event, the call may be forcibly terminated, and reconnecting will not be possible.
The video call event is only for the winner. If someone other than the winner joins, or if more than two people (besides the winner) participate, the call may be forcibly terminated.
In addition to the above guidelines, staff may intervene if they determine your actions interfere with the event.
🛒General Purchase Notes
Orders that are completed with payment will be automatically included in the video call list.
Nickname changes are not allowed after purchase. If entered incorrectly, please cancel within the purchase period and repurchase.
If you purchase multiple times, the time will be combined and conducted as one continuous video call.
You may choose to pay in USD, KRW, or JPY.
Payment methods: Paypal, overseas credit card, domestic credit card, bank transfer (KRW only).
If payment is not made within 2 hours after ordering by bank transfer (KRW only), the order may be canceled.
The video call event may be partially changed or canceled without prior notice due to organizer or agency circumstances.
🧾Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations and refunds are only available until one day before the purchase deadline stated in the product description.
Upon cancellation or refund, you will be automatically excluded from the event participation list.
No cancellations or refunds are allowed after one day before the purchase deadline.
